Hey! I’m Tyson, Founder of This Website!
I’m Tyson Sewell and I design furniture. More specifically, I design ergonomic furniture intended to improve the comfort and aesthetics of sit stand desks, ergonomic chairs and accessories.
For the last 10 years, I’ve worked in the industrial design field with a focus on ergonomics. My passion is to level up the comfort and aesthetics of workplaces everywhere.
My experience in ergonomic furniture comes from industrial design. This experience in the industry has given me a unique perspective on how to make furniture that is not only functional, but also stylish.
I know what works, and more importantly, what doesn’t. I’m constantly looking for ways to level-up the comfort and aesthetics of office seating and working spaces so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of a healthy workplace.
I decided to establish this website so I may look at your work spaces and get ideas based on your preferences and hands-on experiences.
A Little Story About How I Got Started…
I made this website because I understand how prolonged periods of sitting in an uncomfortable chair can make everyone ill and weary. It is not at all good for you. Being a product designer allows me to create better work environments more frequently.
I used to work for a firm. Those years were also incredible, I assure you. But based on my own experience of sitting all day and staring at my computer for hours, stressful moments had prompted me to ask if what I was doing made me truly happy. It was harming my health in a significant way. There were numerous instances of back pain. I didn’t want to take any more chances, so a career change had beckoned me.
That’s why I set out to discover about ergonomic office furniture and conduct research and evaluations of the top ergonomic workstation, chair, and accessory options. As a result, I ended up being an ergonomics furniture designer by inclination.
